Medicines available
Medicines are provided to clients of the
clinics of the Sarasota County Health Departments. Below is a list
of common medications available in our Pharmacy. Other medications
are also available; check our formulary.

▪ Diabetics:
The pharmacy provides insulin to diabetics who are at 100% or below
Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG).
▪
Epileptics:
certain epilepsy medicines are available to patients at 110% or less
of FPG.
▪
HIV/AIDS:
Assistance is available to patients with HIV/AIDS, whether or not
they are being seen at our clinics. Prescriptions can be filled
for Medicaid, Ryan White clients, and Florida ADAP (AIDS Drug Assistance
Program) clients.
