Reporting Health Problems

 

If you encounter a suspected public health risk, you should contact the Sarasota County Health Department to report the problem.  Below are ways to report some specific problems.

 

Drinking water contamination:  (941) 861-6133

 

Dead birds:  If you encounter unusual-seeming bird deaths, especially of waterfowl, shorebirds, or crows, report here.

 

Air/Water Pollution hotline:  (941) 861-6209

 

Other Problems:  (941) 861-2900
