If you still need help, please contact us. Health Centers (Clinics)SCHD's various Health Centers (clinics) provide medical, dental, and other health care services for eligible people under age 55. (Residents aged 55 years and older should contact the Senior Friendship Center for health care services.) Each Health Center is geared toward a specific group of people (adults, women, children, etc). Seniors (those 55 and over) should contact the Senior Friendship Center for health care services.
